Remote Support

 

HaworthTech now offers remote help from the comfort of your home. We work with a company named TeamViewer which allows us to control your computer remotely. This opens a small program on your windows or mac computer. The customer can backout at anytime by pressing the exit button which overrides HaworthTech's end.

 

 

Windows Version:

Download the exe and open it. The supply HaworthTech the Customer ID. HaworthTech will then attempt to connect to your machine.

 

 

Mac Version:

Click on the link and if you use Safari it will open it self in Finder as a DMG file. Double click on the icon and supply HaworthTech the Customer ID. HaworthTech will then attempt to connect to your machine.
